All rain out make-up games will need to be scheduled in advance through Eric Lenahan president@sbpony.com so the following can occur;
 
1) Scheduling Umpires
2) Remove Conflicts with Practice Schedule on Fields #1 & #2
3) Notifiy Field Prep Department
 
Please allow proper notice, a minimum of 4 days, if in fact you will be requiring use of the above services.
 
Please have two choices, agreed to in advance with the opposing coach before contacting to schedule a make-up game.  I will not take the time nor make the effort to work out your scheduling conflicts with each other, so please communicate prior to making this request.
 
I would suggest Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays as your optimum choice.  You have until the end of the season to complete these rain out games.
